Fashion Event #1: Haute Couture Week 2012 (Cont')

Day 1

Good news to my female followers! Fashion Thesis will be bring you all 3 days on what's happening for French Couture Week 2012. this incredible 3 days event will be showcasing some of the finest Parisian Couturier!

Other than the extravagant that i have mentioned in my previous post, this year's runaway is breathtaking!

Yiqing Yin

The first show was by Yiqing Yin. Yiqing Yin has won the Grand Price of Creation awarded by the City of Paris. Indeed she loves to explore the potential of pleats  and the collection she presented clearly conveyed that message. Here are some of the pieces that caught my attention.

Maurizio Galante

A excerpt written by Maurizio Galante! Beautifully written Monsieur!

Maurizio Glante's couture revolves around versatility which is highly personal, claiming to be the new generation of design. It has been said that it represents the memory of the past through the artisanal, the poetic and the intimate.

Julien Fournié

Julien Fournié's show definitely did a perfect closing for the 1st day of FCW12. This Parisian couturier brought disco vibe to his runway enthralled every audience! Models hit the runway while dancing to the disco music played in the background.

Miss Emily's Hwang appearance at the end no doubt brought this whole show to its pinnacle! She sure put all the professional models to shame when she sashayed down the run way like a natural!

Pick chunk of bold poppy colours to emulate your look for S/S 2013! Spotted on the runway during Milan Fashion Week 2012, Ferragamo clearly showcased that colours will be an important element next season. 

Who would have thought that Salvatore Ferragamo’s Creative Director, Massimiliano Giornetti would shocked Milan with a brilliant display of colour! The surprise of element did not end there! This fashion house that is famed for it's comfortable dress shoes astounded fashionistas with sneakers of vibrant colours!

Good news is that i will be finding other more economical alternatives for your Spring/Summer 2013 look! Stay tune fellows!

Fide Fashion Weeks presents to you the different couturier all over the world ranging from Asia to Europe! There will be mainly four categories for this year's event. Mainly Asian Couture Evening, Japan Couture Evening, A Special Couture Presentation and French Couture Evening will sum up this event.
