Fashion Event #1: Haute Couture Week 2012 (Cont')

Day 1

Good news to my female followers! Fashion Thesis will be bring you all 3 days on what's happening for French Couture Week 2012. this incredible 3 days event will be showcasing some of the finest Parisian Couturier!

Other than the extravagant that i have mentioned in my previous post, this year's runaway is breathtaking!

Yiqing Yin

The first show was by Yiqing Yin. Yiqing Yin has won the Grand Price of Creation awarded by the City of Paris. Indeed she loves to explore the potential of pleats  and the collection she presented clearly conveyed that message. Here are some of the pieces that caught my attention.

Maurizio Galante

Maurizio Glante's couture revolves around versatility which is highly personal, claiming to be the new generation of design. It has been said that it represents the memory of the past through the artisanal, the poetic and the intimate.

Julien Fournié

Julien Fournié's show definitely did a perfect closing for the 1st day of FCW12. This Parisian couturier brought disco vibe to his runway enthralled every audience! Models hit the runway while dancing to the disco music played in the background.

Miss Emily's Hwang appearance at the end no doubt brought this whole show to its pinnacle! She sure put all the professional models to shame when she sashayed down the run way like a natural!
